You read a few words - lace, nylon, heels - and suddenly you can feel the texture, hear the sound, imagine what it would be like if it were meant for you. That’s how it begins. A thought, a picture, a sensation that insists on staying even after you’ve looked away.

Food crushes? They’re never polite. Custard spreading, fruit squelching, cakes collapsing underfoot. It’s messy, sensual, and designed to make you realise how little control you ever had.
