What is included in a day wear: I start my day with either breakfast or a 1-2 mile walk. I do housework for the majority of my day till evening. Then I hit the gym for an hour weightlifting session and end that with 10-20 minutes of cardio. Lastly, I always go on another 1-2 mile walk to end my day. I hit the gym 5 days a week. If you want your item not worn to the gym, PLEASE ask me to wear your item on my off day. If you do not, the above is what I will do while wearing your item.
