These have arch support built in so they nestle right into my gorgeous arches, and a part of them that sits right between my toes. I put these on first thing every morning, and before and after every time I took a shower. Sadly for Me, but very lucky for you, these have been crushed under Me for so long they have been flattened, and soaked up hundreds of hours on my sweaty toes and feet.
